    What services do I offer?

    ​In my workshop close to Machynlleth, Powys I can strip your furniture back to the frame and rebuild it from the webbing and springs back up to the top cover which I can help you choose along with trimings.​

    Did you know most seats have around seven layers of different fillings ranging from springs to coir, animal hair and polyester wadding? They are all applied by hand and are designed to last a lifetime of use.

    If repairs are needed to the frame I will do them for you. I Can also strip old layers of dirt and varnish back to reveal the beauty of your furniture.I  also offer re polishing or painting and waxing to a finish of your choosing.

    I am happy to re upholster using more modern techniques or if it is required replace the top cover only if the filling is in good  shape. I will follow relevant fire saftey precations in the covering and stuffings for your furniture.​
